Classes held weekends and weekday evenings.from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.. starting in late spring classes and continuing through July. A minimum of six people per class...private groups can be accomodated.
- Wreath Making
- Wreath and wand making class: Join us for a three hour class in which you will learn how to make a wreath from fresh-cut lavender and create several lavender wands. Light refreshments will be served.(lavender lemonaide and lavender cookies.

Weekends ( June 2nd; June 9th; June 16th; June23rd; and June 30th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.)
Evenings (Thursdays: June 7th; June 14th; June 21th; and June 28rd from4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.)

- Join us for a three hour class as we discuss the history, use and types of lavender. Also, learn how to grow lavender and what to do after it blooms. A tour of the greenhouse plus a walk through the fields is included. Light refreshments will be served.

- Cooking with lavender
- Learn how to use lavender in the kitchen. Join our chef as he talks about the different ways to bake and cook with lavender. Sample several dishes and learn how to prepare them. Recipes are provided. Light refreshments will be served.
